Covid-19 Protocols

  • Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your appointment time.

  •  You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entering.

  • Please arrive alone, as we are limiting the number of people in the studio at one time, unless you are a minor and require a parent to be present.

  • Please eat a meal before your appointment, and do not bring in any food. Bottled beverages are allowed.

  • Avoid touching your face and piercings during your visit.

  • Please limit what you touch inside the studio.

  • Reschedule if you are feeling unwell, or experiencing flu like symptoms.

  • Reschedule if you have been in contact with someone who is ill, or have travelled outside of Canada within the past 14 days.

  • We have increased our sanitization protocols for the safety of everyone.

  • We may update these protocols at any time to reflect the current global situation
