Purchase for Personal Use Only

You, the customer, may purchase products for personal use only. Our products are not for

resale. By placing an order, you certify that your purchases are for personal use only.

Cancellation Policy

Proper Poke does not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. All orders are final and

cannot be changed after the order has been placed. We do our best to get orders shipped

within 7 days, depending on the volume. Feel free to reach our to customer service, should

you need to.

Return Policy

All sales are final. In the event of receiving apparel or jewelry which is damaged or defective, we will

gladly replace it. In order to do this you must contact us within 7 days of

receiving your order. The item must be in the same shape as it was received. You will not be

refunded the original cost of shipping, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the

item(s).

ProperPoke.com respects customers account information and treats it as confidential and

private information. We will never share this with any outside party, company, or individuals.

Shipping

Shipping speeds will vary depending on the volume of our website. We print on demand so the

product won’t be created until you order it. We currently offer flat rate shipping. Please allow

3-7 days after ordering for processing, verification, and printing, as well as an additional 10-20

days for shipping depending on your location. For jewelry, we fulfill and ship from our shop, please allow up to 28 days after ordering. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Sales Tax

Canadian sales tax of 5% GST and 7% PST will be charged to all orders. Country import fees, duty and

additional taxes and may apply depending on locality, which you are responsible for.
